Return Window and Eligibility
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. This ensures that the watch is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 90-day return window. We’ll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the watch arrives safely at our facility.
Refund Options
Once we receive the returned watch, we’ll process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred by Timeclones. We also offer store credit options, which can be applied to a future purchase within 6 months of the original sale date.

- Store credit can be used towards the purchase of any watch or accessory sold by Timeclones.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
