RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
— The item must be in its original condition
— A video must be submitted clearly showing the issue or defect
— The request must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email us at contact@timeclones.com with your order number
- Attach a video clearly showing the issue with your timepiece
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- Upon approval, we will provide return instructions
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be
processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or have been
tampered with are not eligible for return.
